Tally: Score Keeper & Counter · Effective November 1, 2026

This policy explains how the Tally Android app ("Tally", "the app") handles your information. Tally is published on Google Play by the developer Zlabya ("we", "us").

Summary

Information stored on your device

To keep score, the app saves the player names you type, game results, score history, custom game rules and app settings in the app's private storage on your phone. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it. You can delete it at any time by deleting games or players inside the app, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.

Sharing

When you tap "Share" on a results card, Tally hands the image or text to the Android share sheet. Where it goes next is decided by you and the app you pick (for example a messaging app), and is governed by that app's privacy policy.

Permissions

Tally keeps the screen awake while a game is in progress. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.

Advertising and analytics

The current version of Tally contains no advertising and no analytics. Future versions may show ads served by a third-party ad network such as Google AdMob. If that happens, the ad provider may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described in its own privacy policy. We will update this policy and the app's Google Play Data safety section before any such version is released.

Children

Tally is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
